You hand out a sharp hat pin for examination.
Blow up a small balloon and proceed to push the needle directly through it without popping it The point come completely through the opposite side.

Next you remove the needle and proceed to puncture your arm. An entrance and exit puncture are clearly seen. Then it begins to bleed. Remove the needle, clean yourself and the needle. Pass the needle out for examination.

Needle casement has the Four Of Clubs Hot stamped on it, so you can also incorporate a card reveal in the routine.

Needle is very sharp. Ages 18+

Item is not supplied with balloons, playing cards or two inexpensive secret items (that you probably already have in your house)
