What forms of payment does Ronjo.com accept?
At Ronjo.com we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All payment methods are clearly marked on the checkout screen. After you're done shopping and you click on the "Checkout" button, you will be able to submit the necessary information using our secure online ordering system. In other words, the catalog software will encrypt your information so it can safely send it to us for processing. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
Can I Buy From Ronjo.com Some Other Way?
If you prefer not to submit your credit card information over our secure server, print or write down all the product information from your shopping basket. Then call customer service at :1.631-928-5353 to place your order.

How much does shipping cost?
We use the UPS calculator provided by UPS to determine our shipping prices. These rates come directly from UPS and are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and distance between us and you. The minimum shipping charge via UPS is $6.00. In the checkout process, you will be shown your total including estimated shipping before you are asked to give your credit card information.
If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
Please allow up to 48 hours (two weekdays) for processing AFTER you place your order before it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. Ground ship times vary and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, an order for 3 day shipping will take 3-5 days (including processing time) to get to you. If you need your order in less than 2 days or by a specific deadline , please contact customer service to see if it's possible for us to deliver your order in time. 631-928-1506
What is your return/exchange policy?
You can return an item, except sale items, VHS, DVDs, books and lecture notes, for up to 10 days for full refund or credit (shipping fees are not refundable). The merchandise must be in sellable condition upon receipt. We cannot accept returned merchandise that is damaged, clearly worn, or the instructions stained or torn. Open shrink wrapping/plastic bags are acceptable.
No item can be returned without prior authorization. You must contact Ronjo and obtain a return authorization code. All unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns must have a RAN # (Return Authorization Number) clearly printed on the outside of the box. A RAN can be obtained by calling us at: phone 631-928-1506. All refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Ronjo.com discretion only.
Books, CD, DVD, VHS and lecture notes are non-refundable. In fairness to those who have purchased such information from us or others and who rely on this secret knowledge in their performances, we are very careful about protecting the secrets of all authors. For this reason we can not accept returns of VHS and DVD; except if a product is found faulty in materials or workmanship will be replaced upon return of the faulty item, in which case you MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION from Ronjo.com before attempting to return merchandise. Any unauthorized returns will be refused by our receiving department and returned to the sender.
- If an item was shipped in error or is defective, you may ship the item back. If the claim is allowed, a full refund will be issued including shipping. Shipping times are not guaranteed and Ronjo will not issue refunds for late deliveries. All refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Ronjo discretion only.
- Some items cannot be returned. These items include: Special Orders, VHS, DVDs, books and lecture notes.
Please note - that all returns must be sent via a traceable method. If you mail your return, it must have delivery confirmation on it. It is your (the customers) responsibility to insure the returned item(s) in the event of loss or damage. Orders returned via mail without a delivery confirmation are considered unauthorized returns; and Ronjo.com will not be responsible for refunding these returned items, if there is no way to confirm receipt in our warehouse.
When we offer a free shipping option; we assume you are going to keep your purchase. If you choose to return some or all of your order, we will refund or exchange product, but we will have to charge you for our original outgoing costs.
ATTENTION: Special Orders and Drop ship items
Any drop ship items or special orders are not refundable. All sales are Final, No exceptions. We are not responsible for any and all decisions of selections on our site. This is solely the responsibility of you the customer. How is my Privacy Protected at Ronjo.com
How Do I Know My Purchase Is Confirmed?
When you place an order online, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmingyour order has shipped. If you have received the e-mail and have not received your order within the expected time frame, then please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please include your order number in the body of the e-mail. You can also call us at 631-928-1506.
Once I've placed my order, is there any way I can change it?
In a word, yes. However, please be aware that we work hard to get your order out as soon as possible -- usually the same day if the order was placed before 2pm. If you want to change your order, call us immediately at 631-928-1506. Please have your customer or order number available when you call.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipping to New York will be charged appropriate sales tax. Please note that in the state of New York shipping is a taxable service. Orders shipping everywhere else within the United States will not be charged tax.
