The performer shows a small black platform, a clear box, a cover and a small sword. A ring (can be borrowed as long as it fits inside the box) is placed inside the box which is put on the platform. A cover, which is clearly much taller than the box, is placed over the box. The sword is pushed through the cover well above the platform. The sword is slowly lowered until it reaches the bottom of the cover. When the cover is lifted off, not only has the sword penetrated the box, it has penetrated the ring as well. All can be fully examined. This is one of the best effects ever put out by the Tenyo company.
