This is really a wonderful and useful hole puncher for the close-up worker...it will punch a complete hole punching the paper right out...it will punch a hole at 60% complete all the way to 90% as seen in the photo below...in other words you can punch a hole in a playing card and the audience can see it is genuine...brush your fingers over the hole and the hole dispappears to be found in another place on the card. This puncher is totally adjustable and if you wish it will just make the sound of a hole being punched and not actually make a hole....truly a ...PERFECT PUNCH!
