Using this needle, the magician plunges the needle into the balloon from one end to the other and the balloon does not burst out !!

This is a great effect to help kids relax and not be frightened by popping a balloon. I have always performed this by telling them to imagine they're going to a doctor to get a shot, and the needle looks REAL big (pull out the enormous pin), but that it can go right through the skin and you won't even feel it if you just relax. Show them how to slow their breathing, stay calm, get ready....and like magic the balloon does not pop! Magic that starts scary but ends up with a valuable message. Not for real little kids, though. And what to do with the balloon once you finish? You'll think of something but that's the only minor challenge to this one.
