Ronjo.com is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. This section describes how to use our web store and how to deal with most shopping related issues. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

Ordering

  1. What size should I order?
  2. If there are different sizes available, you will be asked to select a size. If there is no place to enter a size, it is a one-size-fits most. Different manufacturers can vary their sizing slightly. If in doubt between two sizes, it's usually best to order the larger size. Note that bodysuit costumes (like superheroes) are meant to be tight fitting.

    Women's Costume Sizing Our women's costumes are determined by dress size, starting from size 4-6 (ex. small), 6-8 (small), 8-10 (medium), 12-14 (large), to size 18 (plus). If you are tall or full-figured, or if you are unsure about size, we recommend that you buy one size larger than you normally do. Many of our costumes have elastic waists that will allow for some stretching. If we have not indicated a size or we have listed the size as "standard", the costume should fit sizes 8-12 women's.

    Men's Costume Sizing Our men's costumes are determined by waist size, starting from 32 (small), 36 (medium), 38 (large), 40 (ex. large), to 50 (plus). If you are tall or unsure about size, we recommend that you buy one size larger than you normally do. Many or our costumes have elastic waists that will allow for some stretching. If we have not indicated a size or we have listed the size as "standard", the costume should fit waist sizes 38-42.

    Children's Costume Sizing Our children's costumes are determined by standard clothing sizes, starting from size 4-6 (small), 8-10 (medium), to size 12-14 (large). If your child is tall or husky, or if you are unsure about size, we recommend that you buy one size larger than you normally do. Many of our costumes have elastic waists that will allow for some stretching. If we have not indicated a size or we have listed the size as standard, the costume should fit sizes 7-10.

    Infant And Toddler Costume Sizing Our infant costumes are determined by either a standard size (newborn-9 months) or by bunting (0-6 months)-walker (6-12 months). We try to specify size on each item, but if we are unable, please refer to this chart for guidelines. Our toddler costumes are sizes 2-4 unless otherwise specified. As with all of our costumes, we recommend that you buy one size larger than you normally do, if your child is big for their age. Also, if you are unsure about size, it is better to order a larger size to be safe.

  3. Can I return a costume I purchased?
  4. Most of our products can be returned within 5 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Please read our full return policy to find out if your item qualifies fora return.

  5. How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
  6. Please also note that due to our automated systems, orders cannot be cancelled. This is especially true during our Halloween Season: October 14 – November 3, (of each year). You can refuse the delivery (the box must NOT be signed for nor opened) and it will be treated as a regular return. All applicable return policies will still apply. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded on cancelled orders.

  7. How do I know my order is confirmed?
  8. When you place an order online, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order. If you have received the e-mail and have not received your order within the expected time frame, then please send an e-mail to Pete@Ronjo.com. Please include your order number in the body of the e-mail. You can also call us at 1-631-928-1506.

Shipping

  1. How much does shipping cost?
  2. We use the UPS calculator provided by UPS to determine our shipping prices. These rates come directly from UPS and are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and distance between us and you. The minimum shipping charge via UPS is $6.00. In the checkout process, you will be shown your total including estimated shipping before you are asked to give your credit card information.

  3. If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
  4. Please allow up to 48 hours (two business days) for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. Ground ship times vary and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, an order for 3 day shipping will take 3-5 days (including processing time) to get to you. If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer service to see if it's possible for us to deliver your order in time. 1-(800) 949-7010 (12pm-8pm EST)

Payment & Privacy

  1. What forms of payment does Ronjo accept?
  2. At Ronjo.com we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All payment methods are clearly marked on the checkout screen. After you're done shopping and you click on the "Checkout" button, you will be able to submit the necessary information using our secure online ordering system. In other words, the catalog software will encrypt your information so it can safely send it to us for processing. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

  3. Can I buy from Ronjo.com some other way?
  4. If you prefer not to submit your credit card information over our secure server, print or write down all the product information from this page. Then call customer service at: 1 (800) 949-7010 to place your order.

  5. What taxes will I have to pay?
  6. Orders shipping to New York will be charged appropriate sales tax. Please note that in the state of New York shipping is a taxable service. Orders shipping everywhere else within the United States will not be charged tax.
